How do I purchase a Gig?
Click on the Gig you wish to purchase, and on the Gig page, go to Order Now. From there, you can add Gig Extras or order multiples of the same Gig if your seller qualifies for those features. Once you clicked on order now, you will be redirected to the secure payment page.
What does a Seller's Level badge mean?
Sellers are being promoted to Level 1 and then Level 2 based on their volume of activity and reputation, allowing them to offer Gig Extras™ and Multiples. Sellers' activity and reputation are being measured by our system daily to ensure customer satisfaction. Top Rated Sellers are hand picked by our editors who stand out in our community and offer the highest rated services. I’m having an issue with an order I made, what should I do?
Please use the Resolution Center first. This feature can be found at the top of the order page and allows our self-help buddy, Fiverrtron, to assist you immediately with the most common resolutions for an order. If you would like to contact Customer Support after you used the Resolution Center, please select the Contact the Humans option. A support request will be created for you with further instructions.
My order is delivered, but it’s not what I wanted or I’m not satisfied with the quality of work
Please use the Resolution Center first. In most cases, this issue should be resolved between you and the Seller in the order page while allowing Fiverrtron to suggest to reject the delivered work and allow the Seller to offer modifications, or even propose a mutual cancellation. If all else fails, please contact the humans (Customer Support) using the option made available to you in the Resolution Center.
I like what the Seller sent me and I want to complete the order and pay the seller, how is that done?
Once the order is created, and the Seller successfully delivers the order, you’re given the option to rate your experience in the order page by leaving positive (or negative) feedback.
I don’t want to share my delivered work!
That’s completely optional. If you want to remove the image or video sent to you by your Seller, while rating your experience, simply hover over the thumbnail in the same message box and click on the button in the top right corner of the thumbnail. This allows you to remove the work sample while allowing you to rate your experience with the seller. Also, note that you don’t have to share it on social media.
I made a purchase through Paypal/Skrill and it didn’t show up on my Fiverr account, but I have the receipt/transaction ID to confirm the purchase.
Please contact Customer Support here: fiverr.com/support and send us the transaction ID from your purchase so that we can confirm the status of the order.
I ordered this Gig by mistake :(
No worries, the Resolution Center will help you cancel the order. If the Seller is waiting for you to reply to their instructions, you can choose the Resolution Center option of “This isn’t what I wanted”. If the order is already active, please ask the Seller to use the “I’m having trouble completing this order” to start the cancellation process.
How do I request a Gig that I want to be made?
If you haven’t already, you can use the search feature to help narrow down Gigs available to order. It’s also simple to Request a Gig on Fiverr, go to Shopping on the top menu and click on Request a Gig on the right side. You can enter in specifically what you’re looking for, and once the suggestion is approved by our editors, sellers who offer relevant Gigs can send you an offer to their Gig. Once the offer is sent to you, you can create an order from the same page.
I ordered something, and I want to go back to the same order page after its complete. Where do I find my orders?
Please go to the Shopping menu on the top tab to bring up your My shopping list. Click on Completed to bring up a list of your already completed orders.
What’s DamnQuickPay?
DamnQuickPay™ eliminates those annoying PayPal logins when buying Gigs. By activating DamnQuickPay™, you allow PayPal to pay for your Fiverr orders without requiring you to login to your PayPal account. There are no extra fees when paying through DamnQuickPay™. No money is taken from your PayPal balance until you actually place an order. DamnQuickPay™ can be deactivated at any time (using your PayPal account settings).
How do I cancel an order as a buyer in V2?
If you're running in to any issues with your order, please visit the Resolution Center (at the top of the order page) and choose the best option available to you. From there, Fiverrtron will assess your order and provide you with the best available resolution for your order.
What if I have an issue with more than one order? Do I use the Resolution Center?
If you have lots of orders, to save time you can contact the humans (our Support Team) directly from the Resolution Center or create a Support Ticket at fiverr.com/support.
Note: One ticket is all that you need. There's no need to repeat that action in the Resolution Center for each order. Just simply let us know that you have more than one order with your seller.
Fiverrtron suggested an action for me, but it doesn't match my request, what do I do?
In most cases, you can use the More options button in the Resolution Center to bring up additional features available to help you resolve any issues that may arise in an order. After that, if you still have questions, please contact the human Support Team.
